3.1 Online Reservation System

Reservations can be made through the online form on this website
Reservations are binding only after confirmation by the provider via email or phone
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance
Preferred appointment time can be specified in reservation form

3.2 Reservation Confirmation

You will receive confirmation within 24 hours of submitting your reservation
Confirmation includes date, time and type of service
If we cannot accommodate your preferred time, we'll suggest alternatives

3.3 Changing or Canceling Reservations

Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before appointment
Cancellations less than 24 hours before appointment: 50% of service price
No-show without cancellation: full service price

We provide aesthetic medicine services including botulinum toxin applications, dermal fillers, mesotherapy and other non-invasive aesthetic procedures.

Hyperhidrosis treatment
PRP therapy (Plasmolifting)
