3. Service Reservations

3.1 Online Reservation System

Reservations can be made through the online form on this website
Reservations are binding only after confirmation by the provider via email or phone
We recommend booking a minimum of 24 hours in advance
Preferred appointment time can be specified in reservation form

3.2 Reservation Confirmation

After you submit your reservation, you will receive an automatic confirmation that your request has been received
Confirmation includes date, time and type of service
If we cannot accommodate your preferred time, we'll suggest alternatives

3.3 Changing or Canceling Reservations

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment a minimum of 24 hours in advance
Repeated cancellations without notice may lead to refusal of further bookings

Hyaluronic acid (dermal) fillers
Treatment of excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis)

5. Prices and Payments

Service prices are listed on the website and apply at the time of booking
The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice
Payment for individual treatments is made in cash or by card at the clinic after the service; this does not apply to gift vouchers ordered online, which are paid in advance by bank transfer (see Article 14 Gift Vouchers)

14. Gift Vouchers

A gift voucher ordered online is paid in advance by bank transfer; if purchased in person at the clinic, you can also pay in cash or by card. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and is transferable to another person.

If you ordered the voucher online and have not yet redeemed it, you may withdraw from the purchase contract as a consumer without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion. Send your withdrawal to the e-mail address listed below or by registered post to our clinic's address. We will refund the payment received within 14 days using the same method you used to pay.
