Fotona lasers represent the gold standard in aesthetic medicine. We operate two state-of-the-art devices - StarWalker MaQX for pigmentation, tattoo removal and vascular lesions, and TimeWalker 4D PRO for non-invasive rejuvenation and facial lifting.

Preparation
The treatment area is cooled locally, protective gel is applied, and eye protection is provided. Topical anesthetic or sedation may be used depending on the extent of treatment.
Treatment
Duration 30-60 minutes depending on procedure. Brief "stinging" sensation with Q-switched, warmth with fractional modes.
Post-Treatment Care
Downtime varies - from zero to several days/weeks. SPF protection and recommended care.

Is laser treatment painful?
Intensity depends on procedure type. Q-switched tattoos involve brief "stinging", fractional rejuvenation warmth. We use topical anesthetics and cooling for maximum comfort.

How many sessions will I need?
Number of sessions depends on indication: tattoos 3-10+, pigmentation 1-6, rejuvenation 1-3, acne 4-8, hair removal 6-10 sessions. Exact plan determined at consultation.

What is the downtime after treatment?
Q-switched minimal (few days redness), fractional resurfacing several days to weeks depending on depth. With Fotona 4D Facelift usually can continue normal routine next day.

Who is laser treatment not suitable for?
Contraindications include: active infection in area, pregnancy, certain systemic diseases, recent retinoid use, healing disorders, unstable melasma. Everything evaluated at consultation.

When will I see results?
Pigmentation and vascular lesions after 1-2 weeks, tattoos gradually during series. With rejuvenation and facelift results improve over 2-6 months through new collagen formation.

Can different laser procedures be combined?
Yes, we often combine e.g. Fotona 4D with pigmentation or scar treatment. Exact protocol designed according to your needs.

Do I need to prepare for treatment?
Month before: no sun/solarium. Week before: retinoids discontinued (depending on type). Day before: clean skin without makeup. Detailed instructions provided when booking.

Can I go in the sun after treatment?
After most laser procedures must avoid direct sun for at least a month and use SPF 50+. Risk of hyperpigmentation is higher in first weeks.

What are possible side effects?
Temporary redness, swelling, blisters, crusts (depending on type). With pigmentation risk of temporary hyper/hypopigmentation. With tattoos mild scarring. With correct settings risks are minimal.

What is the difference between StarWalker and TimeWalker?
StarWalker MaQX is Q-switched laser primarily for tattoos, pigmentation and vascular lesions. TimeWalker 4D PRO combines Er:YAG and Nd:YAG for rejuvenation, facelift and wider spectrum of procedures.

How is laser treatment priced?
Price depends on procedure type, treated area extent and number of sessions needed. From CZK 5000 for basic treatment. Exact price and plan communicated after consultation.

Are results permanent?
With tattoos and pigmentation yes (unless new ones form). With rejuvenation and facelift last 1-2 years, then refresh recommended. With hair removal permanent reduction but not 100% removal.
