What is TimeWalker 4D PRO?
TimeWalker 4D PRO is a Fotona laser system that combines two wavelengths, Er:YAG and Nd:YAG. Nd:YAG is used, among other things, to warm tissues and for deeper structures, and Er:YAG for gentle skin treatment and renewal of the skin surface. On the TimeWalker we perform Fotona 4D lifting as well as smaller protocols for the eye area, lips, scalp and body. The doctor determines which protocol is suitable for you based on your findings.

Fotona 4D lifting
The main laser protocol for the face. In four phases it works from inside the mouth, through deep tissue warming and surface smoothing of the skin. The aim is to firm slack skin and soften fine and moderate wrinkles without incisions or fillers. Price: CZK 20,000 per treatment.

A Fotona lifting protocol that the doctor selects according to your findings and treatment goal. Usually 1 treatment per year. The doctor will explain how it differs from Fotona 4D lifting and which variant is suitable for you. Price: CZK 15,000 per treatment.

VectorLift (laser brow lift)
A Fotona laser protocol focused on the brow area. It is not a replacement for a surgical brow lift and the degree of effect is individual. It usually means 3 treatments, 4 weeks apart. Price: CZK 8,000.

SmoothEye
A gentle treatment of the eyelids and eye area with the Er:YAG laser in SMOOTH mode, aimed at firming the skin and softening fine lines. Recovery is usually minimal. It does not replace eyelid surgery, which we also perform at the clinic. It usually means 3 treatments, 4 weeks apart. Price: CZK 4,000 per treatment.

LipLase
A lip treatment with the Er:YAG laser in SMOOTH mode, without filler, resulting in a subtle improvement in lip volume and definition, contours and hydration. The result is subtler than with a hyaluronic acid filler, and the doctor will explain the difference and the suitable path. It usually means 3 treatments, 4 weeks apart. Price: CZK 4,000 per treatment.

Laser resurfacing
A fractional laser treatment that supports collagen formation through tiny controlled micro-injuries to the skin. It is used for fine to moderate wrinkles, uneven skin texture and acne scars, and one area or the whole face can be treated. Healing takes several days to weeks depending on depth, and darker phototypes carry a higher risk of post-inflammatory pigmentation, so suitability also depends on phototype. Price: CZK 5,000 for one area, CZK 10,000 for the whole face.

TightSculpting
A body treatment in which the Nd:YAG laser warms tissue locally and supports collagen formation. It is not a weight loss method and a reduction in volume cannot be promised. The doctor determines the treated area and the number of treatments. Price: CZK 8,000.

HAIRestart
A scalp treatment with the Nd:YAG laser and fractional modes, aimed at improving microcirculation and supporting hair follicles. It is used as a supplementary treatment for some types of hair loss, usually 3-6 treatments, 4 weeks apart. The doctor assesses whether it suits your type of hair loss, and the result is individual. Price: CZK 5,000 per treatment.

Scars and stretch marks
We treat scars and stretch marks with fractional and ablative laser modes, combined with Nd:YAG where indicated. The approach depends on the extent and diagnosis, and the doctor may also choose a combination with another method. Scars and stretch marks cannot be removed without a trace. Price: individual, the doctor sets the price at the consultation.

Active acne, redness and dilated vessels are described under the StarWalker MaQX laser, and depending on the findings they can also be treated with the TimeWalker laser.
How the doctor chooses the protocol
At the consultation the doctor takes photo documentation, assesses the condition of your skin, your phototype and what bothers you, and checks for contraindications. Based on this the doctor recommends a protocol, the number of treatments and the spacing between them. For the eye area and lips the doctor explains when a laser makes sense and when another method does, for example a filler or eyelid surgery, and with hair loss first assesses its type.
When we do not perform treatment
Before every TimeWalker laser treatment we check these contraindications. For relative ones, the doctor decides individually after assessing your condition.
We do not perform laser treatment during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an active infection or cold sore in the treated area, with unhealed skin at the treatment site, or with recent use of retinoids, especially isotretinoin within the last 6 months. If you take medications that increase skin sensitivity to light, tell us, as the treatment then needs to be planned in agreement with the prescribing doctor. Your skin phototype and current tan also play a role. We do not remove a pigmented mole by laser without a prior assessment by a dermatologist, because the laser destroys the tissue needed to rule out a tumor. We therefore review your health, medications and allergies at the consultation before the first treatment.

What is the difference between Fotona 4D and 3D lifting?

Can SmoothEye replace eyelid surgery?
It cannot. SmoothEye is a gentle treatment of the skin of the eyelids and eye area, aimed at firming the skin and softening fine lines, but it does not remove excess eyelid skin. With marked eyelid overhang the doctor will discuss eyelid surgery with you, which we also perform at the clinic. The doctor assesses what suits your findings at the consultation.

Is LipLase a substitute for a lip filler?
It is a different treatment. LipLase works on the lips with the Er:YAG laser in SMOOTH mode, without filler, and results in a subtle improvement in lip volume and definition. If you want a more pronounced change in lip volume or shape, the doctor will discuss a hyaluronic acid filler with you. Not every kind. HAIRestart is used as a supplementary treatment for some types of hair loss. That is why the doctor first assesses the type of hair loss and advises whether treatment makes sense. The result is individual.
