Dr. Boháč assesses skin condition, facial anatomy and your goals. We design a treatment plan, botox dosing, filler selection and the neck and décolletage approach. Consultation takes 30 minutes.
Skin preparation and anesthesia
Thorough makeup removal and disinfection. Fillers contain lidocaine; based on patient sensitivity we also apply a topical anesthetic cream 20 minutes before the procedure.
Treatment in two sessions
Session 1: botox for the upper third of the face. Session 2 (1-2 weeks later): fillers for mid and lower face, neck collagen stimulation. Each session takes 45-60 minutes.
Follow-up and aftercare
Follow-up visit 14 days after the second session. Free corrections within 14 days if needed. We recommend a refresh after 8-12 months to maintain the effect.
