Skin preparation and anesthesia
Thorough makeup removal and disinfection. Fillers contain lidocaine; based on patient sensitivity we also apply a topical anesthetic cream 20 minutes before the procedure.
Treatment in two sessions
Session 1: botox for the upper third of the face. Session 2 (1-2 weeks later): fillers for mid and lower face, neck collagen stimulation. Each session takes 45-60 minutes.
Follow-up and aftercare
A follow-up visit takes place 14 days after the second session. We assess the result and agree on any fine-tuning. We recommend a refresh after 8-12 months to maintain the effect.

In the lower third, we shape the jawline, correct nasolabial folds and marionette lines, and firm the skin under the chin. Around the eyes, we combine botulinum toxin for expression lines with filler for tear troughs. For the neck and décolletage, we use collagen stimulation with radiofrequency or ultrasound, together with biorevitalisation. Does non-invasive facelifting hurt and how long does the treatment take?
Botulinum toxin is applied with a very fine needle and is usually felt as a brief pinch. The fillers we use generally contain the local anaesthetic lidocaine, and depending on sensitivity we also apply an anaesthetic cream 20 minutes before the treatment. How the procedure feels varies from patient to patient, so let us know in advance if you are sensitive to treatment. One session takes 45 to 60 minutes, and the whole treatment takes place over two sessions 1 to 2 weeks apart.

When will I see the result and how long does it last?
The effect of fillers is visible right after application, while botulinum toxin takes effect gradually over 3 to 7 days. The overall result is assessed only once the swelling has gone down, which is why a follow-up visit is scheduled 14 days after the second session, at which the doctor evaluates the outcome. The result of the treatment usually lasts 12 to 18 months, though the individual components of the treatment fade at different rates. What are the side effects and risks?
After treatment, mild redness, small bruises at the injection sites, and temporary swelling are common and settle down within a few days. After botulinum toxin, temporary eyelid drooping or uneven eyebrows rarely occur, and the condition resolves together with the effect of the toxin. The doctor assesses temporary asymmetry at the follow-up visit once the swelling has gone down. Serious complications, such as vascular occlusion by the filler, are rare. Who is non-invasive facelifting not suitable for?
We do not perform this treatment during pregnancy or breastfeeding, during an active skin infection in the treated area, or if you have a known allergy to the products used. For neuromuscular disorders, such as myasthenia gravis, the doctor decides based on the product's summary of product characteristics, and botulinum toxin is generally not administered. We do not perform radiofrequency collagen stimulation if you have a pacemaker or a metal implant in the treated area. If you have taken isotretinoin in the last 6 months, we postpone the treatment. For autoimmune conditions, blood clotting disorders, and a tendency to form keloid scars, the doctor decides individually, and we discuss your health, allergies, and any medication you take at the consultation before treatment.

How should I care for my skin after the treatment?
After botulinum toxin is applied, do not lie down, bend forward, or massage the treated area for 4 hours. For the first 48 hours, avoid sport, sauna, alcohol, and facial massage. Sleep on your back for the first two nights, cool the area as needed during the first 24 hours, and apply makeup no sooner than 12 to 24 hours afterwards. For one week, avoid extreme heat, and otherwise you return to your usual routine without restrictions. Do not stop any medication prescribed by your doctor, especially blood thinners or antiplatelet medication, on your own. Talk to your treating physician first.
